It can be matched with the characteristics of embedded parts and molding cycles, and combined with slide-type or turntable-type models to increase production capacity and improve efficiency. It features vertical mold clamping and horizontal injection, with a long mold opening and closing stroke and a large injection volume, making it suitable for insert injection of large workpieces.

The machine column has an ultra-large span, allowing a wide range of mold sizes, and the mold setup is simple and convenient. The horizontal injection seat is lifted and lowered by a hydraulic motor and lead screw, enabling quick and precise adjustment, with minimal restrictions on the mold clamping line size, thus having a wide range of applications.

The movable plate adopts self-lubricating oil-free bushings, ensuring smooth and precise reciprocating movement and a long service life. It can also be matched with an injection full-closed loop to meet the precision requirements of optoelectronic products. Both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics are applicable.
